Payment, delivery and return

1. Payment methods:

2. Delivery

We are doing all the best to organize the delivery of the Goods to the place and to the person specified in your order as soon as possible.

The Seller's obligation to deliver the Goods is fulfilled and the risk of loss passes to the Buyer when the Seller delivers the Goods to the shipping company.

Delivery of the Goods is carried out by transport companies from 7 to 21 days, depending on the region.

The Seller is not responsible for late delivery of the ordered Goods, for any damage to the Goods during transportation or for any delays due to customs clearance. We also draw your attention to the fact that holidays at the place of delivery may delay the delivery of the Goods. Therefore, the Buyer must order Products with a sufficient lead time to prevent any loss or disappointment related to delivery time.

Upon receipt of the ordered Goods from the transport company, the Buyer must carry out a proper and thorough delivery check (number of packages, undamaged sealing tape and undamaged packaging). Incomplete or damaged deliveries must be immediately reported to the Seller and the shipping company and a report must be promptly sent to the shipping company and the Seller by fax, e-mail or e-mail without undue delay. Any subsequent claims for incomplete delivery or damaged packaging will not be accepted.

3. Return policy

The product can be returned for the following reasons:

  • Inconsistency of the size ordered by the client to the parameters stated in the size grid (this means ordering according to standard measurements);
  • Inconsistency with the color shown in the photo of the dress;
  • Inconsistency with the decor shown in the photo;
  • Defective product.

1. Any item that has been modified upon receipt will not be eligible for return.

2. If the Goods were lost or damaged during delivery, the Seller is not responsible for the loss or damage to the Goods that occurred during its delivery by the transport company.

3. All of our dresses are checked carefully before they are sent to their final destination. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any damage to the Goods within 3 days after receiving the order.

4. In order to initiate the return process, Buyer must send written notice to establish the validity of any non-conformity and its reasons. Please note that this is not a return acceptance.

5. The item must be returned unworn, unused and in perfect condition, with all labels and tags attached, in the condition in which the Seller received it from the Buyer. All returned items must be carefully packed. Products that have been used, damaged, contaminated or returned without original labels and tags cannot be accepted for return and can be sent back to the Buyer at his expense, unless otherwise agreed with him.

6. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product.

7. After receiving the returned Product, the Seller has up to 3 working days to carry out its examination. If the return is accepted, the Seller will return the Purchase price of the product to the Buyer, minus up to 20% of the value, which includes taxes and fees, as well as bank charges, which are subject to this payment, no later than within 14 working days after the Seller confirms acceptance of the return.

8. Goods damaged by the Buyer cannot be returned.

9. Additional accessories purchased by the Buyer, such as veils and other Products, are non-refundable in the event of a return.

10. Lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

4. Cancellation of order

In case that the Buyer changes his mind regarding the purchase of any Goods, he must send a written request to cancel the order to the Seller's e-mail address within 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, the order is transferred to production and its processing officially begins. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order after the 24-hour period has expired.

In case that the Buyer changes his mind regarding the order of the Goods after 24 hours from the moment of ordering, he must send a written request for cancellation of the reservation to the Seller's e-mail address within one week from the moment of ordering. Cancellation fees will be deducted 20% of the purchase price of the Goods from the refund. After the expiration of one week, the reservation cannot be canceled.

If you decide to cancel the order after 24 hours after its acceptance, the Prepayment amount is not refundable.
