1.The process of registration of placing the order

Each of our dresses, except for those presented in the "Ready in Stock" section, is made especially for you.

You can buy it as it is or to add a personal changes to create your own look. If you have any questions regarding manufacturing, please contact us at retail@oksana-mukha.com before placing an order. Each change in design and production according to individual measurements, different from the standard sizes specified in the Size Chart, is paid individually after coordination with the manager. Please note that any product design changes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

After clarifying and agreeing with you all the details, our manager will send you the letter confirmation via email.

2.Payment

If you have received a letter confirmation you should pay the 50% Purchase Price (price of the ordered Goods + shipping price) , using chosen payment method. The amount of the prepayment may be more, even the total cost of the order.

This price does not include import taxes or other taxes in your country. Any such taxes and duties shall be paid separately when you will receive your order.

After receiving the payment, we will send you an answer confirmation. The moment you receive confirmation is the moment of concluding the contract of sale and purchase of the ordered Goods.

Upon receipt of the Letter confirming the order, the Goods or raw materials for its production are reserved in the Seller's warehouse. After that, the Goods are considered "Reserved".

3. Product fitting

Our team of specialists consists of highly qualified designers and technologists who are able to make a dress of any complexity and for any figure. We have many years of experience behind us and happy brides of all sizes and individual characteristics.

We are aware of the complexity of the perfect fit when the customer is at a distance of hundreds and thousands of kilometers from the master. The most accurate measurements and instructions for taking them sometimes (note, only sometimes!) Do not allow you to display all the features of the figure. This is especially true for such complex silhouettes as "Mermaid", "Fitted" and "Straight".

Therefore, we recommend to contact the tailor in your region for the final correction of any nuances that may arise when trying on a dress.

Another option is to offer a dress from us in a standard size as close as possible to your measurements - this will reduce your costs for the manufacture of individual designs and make the final fit in your atelier.

4.Terms of production

The production time for ordered evening products is around 10 weeks, wedding 12- 14 weeks, subject to the availability of all the necessary raw materials.

In case of waiting for the production of raw materials by contractors, the terms of production of the Goods are agreed with the manager individually.
