How can I cancel my order?
Have you changed your mind? Contact us at retail@oksana-mukha.com. Please note that you can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. After 24 hours, the order is transferred to production and its processing officially begins. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order after the 24-hour period.
Are the dresses exactly the same as in the photographs, or are the photographs taken from the Internet?
All the dresses that you see in the photos on our website are real dresses, made exclusively for photo shoots. Our products are original designs created by a team of experienced designers, technologists and tailors. Everything you see in the photographs, from dresses to models and pretty places, is real. Locations have been chosen to highlight the beauty of this collection and convey its mood.
Can I see real pictures of the dresses?

Yes, in salons you can choose an evening dress for owners of any shape or size. There is also the possibility of individual tailoring to your measurements, so that the dress fit perfectly.

Alternatively, to ensure accuracy when choosing a bespoke dress, we recommend that you have your measurements taken by a tailor.
What is the price of evening dresses from "OKSANA MUKHA"?
The price of an evening dress depends on the fabric, decor and complexity of the work. For jewelry we use satin ribbons, embroidered lace, embroidery, guipure, stones. Most of the decorating work is done by hand by craftswomen. But you can pick up a dress in the salon for any wallet.
