How can I send you information about customized dress? How can I understand the size of your dresses?
At your disposal is our size chart, according to your size chart type (EU / US/ UK) next to each size you can see the corresponding range in cm. To place an order for individual measurements, you must fill in the appropriate file sent by your manager and fill in the necessary measurements that are different from standard. If the changes relate to the design, you must describe them as accurately as possible in writing, if the changes are significant - send us a sketch, or a sketch made over the photo of our dress with the necessary design changes.
Do you have a stock of the dresses or they need to be sewn?
All of our dresses are sewn exclusively from scratch upon each order. We have some dresses in stoch list of which your manager can send you or you can find in your personal account on our website as well as receive a special offer list.
How long does it take to sew a dress?
Manufacturing period:from 8 weeks, from the moment of receipt of an advance payment from the partner in accordance with the invoice. Please take into account the fact that we do not work on weekends and holidays, as well as transport services and customs authorities that are directly involved in processing your order.
Why is delivery so expensive? Why is the delivery of one dress so expensive? Why is delivery cheaper in others?
OKSANA MUKHA is not a carrier, we work with transport companies and inform you of the cost of delivery according to the carrier's tariffs at the moment, which depend on the size of the box, weight and destination.
We do not know which companies other brands send you goods with but we try to work with the most reliable carriers, at the rates of which we inform you of the cost of delivery. The price of the dress from OKSANA MUKHA is clean and does not contain additional surcharges for transport or packaging, which is why, according to the company's rules, we consider it more appropriate to calculate the cost of delivery separately and not include it in the price of the goods.
Do I have to pay the customs duties in my country?
OKSANA MUKHA doesn’t take any responsibility for the custom duty charges at your destination. Please contact your local authorities or brocker to get more informationabout additional import duties or VAT.Your manager will provide you with an application with all possible ways of shipping to your country to find the most profitable for you. (there is a separate application with all the methods of sending)
What are the guarantees of the quality?
The dress undergoes multiple quality checks on each stage of the manufacturing by different specialists and tailors, leaving no room for an error and guaranteeing the quality of the final product. First the dress is checked throughout the whole manufacturing process, then after the dress is sewn and once again after all of the embellishments have been added. The dress is finally checked by a different team in our main center during the last quality checks before we ship it to the bride. We use only the highest quality materials, the best available on the market and the craftsmanship corresponds to the strictest European standards.
Do you offer any discounts?
If you provide 100% prepayment of the order you get 2% discount for this order. If order amount exceeds 10000 USD you get 3% discount for this order. For long-term cooperation we have a loyalty program. If quotes on your territory are reached you get a discount for all orders: 3-5-7% from year to year. Discounts do not apply to dresses with changes.
Can I order less than 7 items?
7 items is a rule to get a possibility to buy with a wholesale price. The minimum of 7 units is optimal amount for presenting the brand among the range of other dresses in the shop, this is the number that can contain a variety of silhouettes and price ranges for different clients. It allows us to clearly understand that the shop has a sufficient number of our dresses and we can send any bride who leaves a request on our website, or calls us to you and to know that the bride will find her dream dress in your shop. Otherwise, we reserve the right to take an order from the bride directly, if you do not have any similar dress. It is also the main sign of of the territory protection for you, otherwise the company remains open to partnership seek in your area.
