What is the minimum order required to start cooperation?
The minimum order is 7 units. This ensures a variety of styles and price categories, as well as guarantees the exclusivity of your salon in the region. 
Where are "OKSANA MUKHA" brand dresses made?
All dresses are created in Lviv (Ukraine) at our own production facility, which performs the full cycle of work: from design to finished product. We do not cooperate with factories in China, ensuring the uniqueness and quality of our products. 

Collections and Assortment

How often do you update your collection?
A new collection is presented annually and includes 70-100 new models. 
How to choose the best assortment for the salon?
The manager will provide a list of the most popular models. We also recommend taking into account the cultural and climatic features of your region. 
Can I order 1 dress to familiarize myself with the quality?
Yes, you can order one dress at retail price. 

Materials and Quality

What materials are used for making dresses?
We use fabrics and lace from the best world manufacturers from Japan, Turkey, Europe, and Ukraine. These can include 3D lace, lace with sequins, beads, Chantilly lace, and other high-quality materials. 
What quality guarantees do you provide?
Each dress undergoes a two-stage quality check. We guarantee compliance with European standards and use only the best materials. 

Orders and Production

Are there ready-made dresses or are all sewn to order?
Most of our dresses are sewn to order. However, we offer a list of models available in stock, which you can find in the partner's personal account on our website or get from our manager.
How long does it take to sew a dress?
The standard execution period for an order is from 3 to 8 months, depending on production load and availability of raw materials. For urgent orders, contact the manager to clarify the details. 
Is it possible to make changes to the dress design?
Yes, we can take into account the individual wishes of the client, such as changing the color, train length, shape of the neckline or back. Send a description or sketch of the changes to our manager. 
How to order a dress according to individual measurements?
To order by measurements, provide a completed file with the client's parameters that we provide. If the changes concern the design, add a detailed description or sketch. 
Does the price of the dress change depending on the size?
Yes, the price of the standard model may change depending on the size. Information about surcharges can be found in our size chart.

Do you have loyalty programs for regular partners?
Yes, we offer a discount and bonus system for partners. Detailed information will be provided by our manager.

Delivery and Customs Duties

What delivery methods are available?
We cooperate with leading transport companies (DHL, FedEx). The delivery cost depends on the chosen method, order size, and destination.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
Customs duties are paid by the client according to the laws of the country. Our manager will help you choose the optimal delivery method. 
Why can delivery be more expensive than other brands?
We do not include the delivery cost in the price of the dresses and work only with reliable carriers. This ensures the safety of your orders during transportation. 
How is the delivery of large batches organized?
For large batches, we can offer special transportation conditions, including logistics planning and shipment insurance. Discuss this with our manager. 
Can I order delivery through my own carrier?
Yes, you can organize delivery through a carrier of your choice. We will provide all the necessary documents.

Do you provide recommendations on salon design?
We can provide recommendations on the organization of the showcase and the presentation of the brand to increase sales efficiency.
Do you offer support in online promotion?
Yes, we help with placing information about the partner on our website, support activity in social networks, and can create joint marketing campaigns. 
Can I order a special dress model for my salon that is not in the collection?
We do not make dresses according to other people's sketches, but we can adapt our models according to your wishes: change the length, color, train, or other details. Contact the manager to discuss the details.

How do you maintain the exclusivity of the brand in the region?
We adhere to the principle of territorial protection, cooperating with only one partner in the region. This ensures the absence of competition between partners.
Do you provide analytics or sales recommendations?
We analyze sales trends in different regions and share this information with partners to help them choose models and plan orders.

Yes, our partners get access to professional photo and video materials, printed and electronic catalogs, as well as a certificate of an official brand representative.
